Tu Construction is looking for experienced roofers.

Must have at least two years of roofing experience. OSHA certified in roof safety practices preferred. 

Must have own transportation and tools.

Tu Construction is looking for a qualified sales manager to develop and lead our growing sales team and to help us meet our revenue needs.

You will work closely with other department heads to establish a department budget, encourage sales through marketing campaigns and address customer complaints. Your job is to hold meetings with sales staff to review monthly goals, highlight new products to sell and cultivate sales pitches. You will also be responsible for attending in-person meetings with clients to renew their contract or discuss new company products.

Skills and qualifications

In order to drive up sales while maintaining good relationships with customers, Sales Managers should have a passion for selling, be self-driven and have the following set of skills and qualifications:

  • Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns

Sales Manager education and training requirements

The ideal Sales Manager candidate has a bachelor’s degree in sales and marketing or business management from an accredited university. Candidates who have training in sales management and promotion tactics or certifications, such as the Certified Professional Sales Leader (CPSL) or the Certified Sales Executive (CSE) are preferred.

Sales Manager experience requirements

Experience hiring, managing and mentoring Sales Associates is a requirement. Sales Manager candidates should have at least 5 years of experience working in sales or marketing to get on-the-job training, and they should have a good understanding of this industry.   • Estimating potential jobs

  • Meeting with GCs (General Contractors) and cultivating relationships that help drive revenue
  • Cold-Calling and lead generation (Door-to-door, through networking events, trade shows, etc.)
  • Be able to mobilize quickly in the event of home endangering weather.

Job Description

Tu Construction is looking for an experienced Production Manager to organize and oversee our different crews and job sites. You will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output. We expect you to have deep know-how in production procedures. Ability to direct personnel towards maximum performance will set you apart as a leader. Decision-making and problem-solving will take up a great part of your day. If you are up to it, we’d like to talk to you. The goal is to ensure an efficient and productive process that meets customer requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements
  • Estimate costs and prepare budgets
  • Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
  • Monitor production to resolve issues
  • Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
  • Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
  • eApprove work orders, purchasing of materials and equipment etc.
  • Ensure output meets quality standards
  • Enforce health and safety precautions
  • Report to upper management
